Policy Questions peer review assignments

Here are your assignments as to which student "policy question" blogs you are to review:

UPDATE:  Some people seem to be confused by the chart, but here was the plan.  The first person in the first column (e.g., Shiqi) was to review the blogs of the individuals in the next two columns (e.g., Michael and Elizabeth).

That being said, if you already reviewed two people, you don't need to go back and do two more.  I am OK as long as everyone gets two reviews.  So I ask that everyone "self police" -- if you see that someone already has two comments, then go to someone who has no or only one comment.

In the end, the most important thing is that everyone receives two comments and two grades.  As a reminder, you are to respond to this assignment in blackboard providing the names, numerical grade based on the rubric, and a sentence or two justifying the grade.  I will then use that information to grade the blogs along with my own judgment.

Note: If you did not submit the homework assignment, you are not on this list.  The penalty for late assignments is 10% per day.  Please do submit your assignment as soon as feasible and I will decide what to do once you have submitted it in terms of peer review.  Note that there is a grade for both the homework and your peer review.
